Header: Silver coloured Header Tube Connection: Soldering – darker coloured (brown/blue) Occurrence: 2-6 columns Height: 350mm or under Reason for the appearance: Soldering Zehnder Charleston in Technoline finish essentially shows unique colour and surface appearance for each radiator. This is due to different manufacturing processes and welding technologies (LaZer welding for the headers and projection welding or soldering for the header-tube connection), so each radiator is one of a kind! Header: LaZer welding - silver coloured Header Tube Connection: Projection welding - visible grinding marks Occurrence: 2-6 Columns Height: 400mm or over Reason for appearance: LaZer and projection welding technology Header: LaZer welding seam is visible on the side Header Tube Connection: Projection welding - silver coloured Occurrence: On each section / on some sections / on no section Height: 400mm or over Reason for appearance: The seam is due to the laZer welding process Typically the two column radiator would look as above.
